Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. To help us run on schedule and accommodate all clients fairly, please review the following policy.

Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Give us 24 hours and we will always do our best to reschedule you at a time that works.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their service shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled to avoid delays for other bookings. Full charges may still apply.

No-Shows

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Payments & Booking Fees

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where an error has been made on our part. Where applicable, booking fees or deposits are non-refundable and are used to secure your appointment time.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule within the allowed notice period. Repeated rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation or no-show.

Group Bookings & Multiple Services

Group bookings or appointments involving multiple services may require advance notice, confirmation, or a deposit.

Charges & Booking Restrictions

We reserve the right to apply cancellation or no-show charges where applicable, and to place restrictions on future bookings for clients who repeatedly fail to comply with this policy.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who repeatedly violate this policy.
